After graduating with degrees in Fine Art and Biochemistry from UC Santa Cruz in 1991, i continued studying art at Cabrillo College. Painting receded to the background while raising a family and working as a General Contractor. Now, as an empty nester, I enjoy painting landscapes of places I have a connection to, like trails where I hike or ride my bikes. I work in acrylic and watercolor. I also actively practice figure drawing in pencil and graphite.
